I just weighed the sucker....rear section is 23lbs. and mid-pipe is 10lbs. == Total of 33lbs!!!:eek: :eek:

Only thing that sucks is that I'm going to wait to install it:(
what kind is that? And how the hell do you have such little mileage on your soup!!!
It's the HKS Super Drager Exhaust:D :D :D

I bought my Supra like 2 years ago with only 9k miles, I rarely drive it now since I got the Jeep Cherokee so the mileage is gonna stay kinda low on it...I still drive it occasionally;) ...waiting for the nice weather to come:)
I just saw an SD on a supra last weekend and it didnt have an angled tip? Maybe when its mounted on the car, the canister is angled a bit and the tip is angled to make it come out straight?
No, the SD's canister is straight as well as its tip...maybe it was the Greddy PE you saw...they kinda look the same.
i got a good look at a SD the other day. actually it was NJSupra from this list. nice car, and what hes gonna do with it is very promising. anyhow...the canister doesnt angle like an N1, but isnt exactly straight...its off by like a degree or something and the canister goes almost completely straight back. but if you back up in line with the center of the car you can see its not perfectly straight like the stock one.
33lbs on the exhaust...WHOA...whats stock weigh? if the stocker weighs less wont the hp gain be offset by the weight gain? just a thought.

Bob
Nice exhaust sammy. When you are gonna have it installed are you gonna do it yourself?
YES !!! Super dragger is a great exhaust... why are you gonna wait to put it on...???

get that bad boy on there... :)

good luck with it...

Later,
Scott
I'm gonna do it myself:) I'm just not going to install it right away b/c I have some other things that have been waiting to get installed for a while now and I'm gonna do those other parts first.
thats good, you'll like it...

I made my own gaskets for it though... I went a bit thicker than the ones they gave me...

oh yeah and the UPS truck is the best... seeing that truck makes me so happy... if i'm driving around and i see one go in my direction I immediatly turn around...

Hey, I'm curious on why you custom made a thicker gasket??

Yeah, it's the best feeling to see your parts arrive:D

no it was deffinately an hks sd, it said above the muffler. Yeah I think I was looknig at your pic wrong, the shine of the polished muffler made the tip look like it was angled d'oh!
TRDSupraSE,

Was wondering if your supra was a n/a or a TT. I have an NA and i installed the HKS SD about 5 months ago. I read that it should go on a TT, but i didn't care. Was hoping to convert to a turbo later on. It sounds awesome man....ehehe, especially when u let off the pedal in a low gear, u get the rumble sound...:D U gonna like it. If u do own an NA, do u know where to get a downpipe for the NA? Most ppl tell me it doesn't exist, or there's a prototype being tested at the moment.

KJINN
93.5 NA
My Supra is an NA:)
I haven't seen anyone with a downpipe for our cars, however there is talk of one being made...try a search in the NA section, I forgot who it was.
