[97_JCR_Supra]

I recently bought a 97 supra and from what I have found out about it I believe it was owned by a guy named ben haynes. I was just wondering if anybody on here knows of this car or of him because I would like to find out what kind of work is done to the motor. The guy I bought it from didn't do the work and didn't seem to know to much. Right now on 12lbs of boost its making 468hp but I dont know how much I can boost this car because I dont know how well it was built or what it was built for so I was staying very conservative with the tune until I found out some info on the car. Any info anyone on here might have would be greatly appreciated. Once again the car is a 1997 supra and it is a darker silver metallic color and I believe it was owned by Ben Haynes at one time and also I think a guy by the name of Brad Mayo might have drag raced it??? I am not to sure on that though that is just something I gathered from some youtube videos I found of the car. If anyone knows anything about this car please let me know or if anyone knows any contact information for the guys above...basically anything at this point would be greatly appreciated so I am not tuning this thing blind. Thanks in advance for any help that I get.

Where is the car from? Try a regional section from where you think the owner/car is from.

The guy I bought the car from was located in alexandria, virginia. He said the car was built in mississippi...but the car was originally from alaska. I believe Ben Haynes was the 2nd owner from the research I have been able to do and I think he is the one that had all the work done to the car.

The car has changed a few hands... the chances are the motor and parts might not be the same from when it was 1st built.
