Just thought I'd post this up here in case anyone knows of someone that might be a fit. We've had a great Toyota mechanic working for us for over a year, but he was part time and we now need someone on a more consistent basis...

Based out of Enumclaw, WA (yes, believe it or not we are out here with the cows and the horses! ;- ) Our web site can be viewed at to get an idea of the type of cars we focus on. We are seeking a mechanic to perform basic level work, pre-purchase inspections, and general maintenance on our special interest cars, many of which have been modified to create high horsepower levels. Our current inventory includes Toytota Supras making as much as 1,000HP, Supercharged BMW M3's, Hennessey Twin Turbo Viper, Modified Z06 Corvettes, etc., Porsches, etc.

The ideal mechanic will have experience and be capable of working on various makes of turbohcarged cars, specifically the 4th Generation Toyota Supra, for which we are the largest dealer in the country. A mechanic that also could perform some detailing would be a plus, but not a requirement. Prior Toyota dealership experience is a plus.

We will provide a dedicated shop and lift based in Enumclaw, WA. We also would be open to allow the mechanic to utilize the shop to bring in outside buisness and would prefer an arrangement where the mechanic has an interest in establishing their own separate company, which would contract all work with VIP Imports under a separate company (this is not absolutely necessary, but preferred.) The possibility of referral work for modifications and maintnenance from our customers also exists. We are not looking to hire someone as an employee of our company, but rather provide the lift and shop for someone to provide work on our inventory as an independent contractor.

If you possess the background and experience we are seeking, please send us an e-mail at [email protected]
