there is a coolant sensor with 2 vacume ports on it my dealer cannot seem to figure out which one it is can anyone help me out with the exact name of the sensor or a part number?

or a source to find it even?

side note there is another temp sensor that has a grey plug that snaps onto a thin metal tab what does that sensor do or control?

as for the other sensor, there are 2 of 'em like that....you'll need to be more specific....

you can get one at a pick-n-pull. They are pretty much the same on all toyotas. I grabbed one of a cressida because someone had broken the top nipple off.

Some people have had success using epoxy to fix that sort of thing, but the used sensor came to $5 (vs like $60 from the dealer)
