i have a 94 single t66 i would like to know how do u know if your maf sensor is going bad. and if mine is goind bad should i get a new one or get a vpc. what is the difference between the two.

You will need to test the resistance on the MAF. A manual will show you how, and what the readings should be. I believe there is a manual online at www.mkiv.com.

A used MAF will cost you around $75. A VPC will cost you about 10 times that (used). On the plus side you will make about 20rwhp more with the VPC at the same boost given the turbo your running.
