According to someone from Germany who has done another Celica TA64 Group B restauration:

Motor Spec
Engine: 1791cc Inline 4 cylinder (4T-GTE)
Compression: 7.1:1 - 8.0:1
Head: DOHC 8 Valve
Induction: Forced (K27 KKK Turbo)
Power: 360-390 hp @ 7500-8000 rpm
Torque: 355 ft/lbs. @ 5000 rpm
Oil: Dry Sump

Power was increased up to 600hp depending on the race trim.
