Hi,

Can anyone give me some advise?
Is it worth doing the manifold? I m runing stock twins.

I ve done a search and could not find a good advice.

I guess a manifold is a must after certain BHP level but would it benefit me a lot?

you may actually lose some torque (i.e. car may feel more sluggish to you at BPU level). Intake manifold intended to take advantage of all the air a BIG turbo can flow (I have a T78, and with this turbo, an intake mani. would be marginally beneficial for me! )

So its like I was thinking, unless I go way up with bhp and turbo size, I shouldn't have to worry about the manifold, right?

And how about the exhaust cam? Are they worht it? and which one should I go for.?
