Max power on stock 2JZ-GTE internals

Hello,

I'm new to the 2JZ-GTE powerplant(I own an MKIII with a 7MGTE).

I can't find answers to these questions(you guys are the experts)

1. What is the max horsepower that the stock internals of the 2JZ-GTE can take?

2. What is the max horsepower that can be attained with the stock twin turbos? (assuming you have enough fuel)

3. What are the largest twin turbo upgrades, and how much horsepower can you get out of those?
