My mishimoto rad started leaking from the drain bolt, took it out, drained the system, put a copper washer there instead to hopefully get a better seal. When screwing the bolt in, just over hand tight, the bolt snaps. Here is a picture of the drain bolt, aluminum, and hollow inside. The walls are super thin...

As i had no time to wait for a new bolt, didn't wanna go through the hassle of getting the rest of the bolt out, and i figured i didn't need it, i took the radiator out of the car and welded it shut with my tig welder. Now, after starting the car, the bolt hole is leak free, however, now the radiator seem to leak from the core in multiple places. I barely put any heat in it when welding the drain bolt hole...

In other words, i'm never buying a mishimoto product ever again.
