i have a 94 na mk4 and am wanting to change the diff to a 4.3 or similar ratio. i have spent the last 2 weeks searching through forums and the internet in general with not alot of luck.
i have read that a g series gearset will fit but i have tried this and it is not the case. the pinion bearing and spline are too small and the bolt holes for the center do not match the ring gear.
just wondering if anyone knows of any r&p sets that will bolt up and what vehicle they come out of, or a aftermarket supplier that can do this.
