Looking for the lower injector seals/insulators for an MKIV TT. I have a full gasket kit but there are no seals in there that look like the old ones that came out of my motor. they look like this:

Your old one is deformed from sitting in the rail . Use the fat one with the same diameter out of your kit.

ok thanks I thought that might be it, they just looked too neat and uniform to be deformed. One last question do you know if the metal plates are supposed to put pressure on the injectors? When I put them in with the new seals but old upper insulators, there is a gap at the top between the injector and the metal plate. Here's what I have from the kit, which ones are the upper insulators? bottom right is the lower, is the bottom left the correct upper? The old one from my motor is just a flat piece of rubber
