MKIV TT rotor questions???

My car feels like it kinda jerks everytime I press on the brake pedal, along with constant squeeking. I replaced the front rotors about a year ago, along with all stock brake pads. Can I cut the rotors or resurface them to fix the problem? I really do not drive to agressively in my car. Does anyone have any help for me??

You should be able to turn the rotors without a problem assuming they are still above minimum thickness.

What is the difference between turning, resurfacing, and cutting? Can Auto Zone do it for me?

Auto Zone can do it and it should cost around $10 ea.

I need to get my rotors (front 2) resurfaced and change the front brake pads, how much should that run? I'm looking for an average normal price here, I don't want to get worked at the shop.
