Lets say you have a stock supra turbo. What mods would you guys do for under 3g's. Im talkin performance upgrades, not looks. To get over 300hp

Aside from doing it right?! If you wanna ignore that the car is 17 years old and go straight for the performance. Then, I would say full 3inch exhaust eliminating stock turbo elbow ($700), Intake($150), Manual Boost controller at 12 PSI($50). That should get you fairly close.

You said you had 3k to spend though, so I would personally replace the HGw/ARP Hardware, Replace most of the rubber in the engine bay (Radiator hoses, vac. lines, belts, etc...), new clutch package, flush/change all fluids in the car. Then, Full 3inch Exhaust, Intake, EBC, Lex/550's, Walbro, AFPR, IC HP, IC. Goodluck.

I had my car to high 13's with $1000cdn in mods.

But this was on a healthy motor. That makes a VERY big difference.

Full 3" exhaust, hardpipes, BOV, intake, MBC and you are easily in the 13's on street radials. Given you know how to drive...
