Most HP and Least lag on pump gas

What aftermarket turbo would create the most hp with the least lag on pump(93 octane) gas? I'm not really going to do much drag racing but more of a street racing setup with a 6 speed. Almost forgot, no nitrous :)

I presume the SP70 or maybe the HKS t-51r SPL.

Not sure.
Thanks Miura

I was thinking sp63 but wanted input for those that know.
Check out the PHR website

The PHR stage 2/MVP 700 is one mad turbo. Dusty had it on his car and made around 600rwhp on pump gas, yes pump gas (but who knows what else he was running.) That is what i remember him telling me

The sp line is very good although i'm not to familiar with it. There are a lot of guys on this site with sp's hopefully they'll come around and post
I'm sorry, but this question is in itself flawed, as any of the readily available turbo setups will trade off lag for more power, and I refuse to participate in ths thread. Wait a second.....DOH!

I'm sorry that you are so bitter Clint, but you will just have to come to grips with the fact that as we speak, Supra-tuning labs in Chicago and Texas are fast R&Ding the ultimate turbo; one that will make full boost off idle and 1000 rwhp on pump gas. Quit free-posting.
i heard that if you run that turbo. and a flux capacitor.. you can push 1.21 gigawatt to the wheels. and go back in time once you hit 88 mph...

1.21GW to the wheels?! I don't believe it.

Maybe to the flywheel...

I'll probably go w/ the 66 .70a/r. Don't plan on using race gas.
Do not get a T66 Ptrim, a SP66 or 70 Q trim will make more HP with alot less lag.

You're saying a SP70 q-trim .70a/r will spool faster than a T66 P trim .70?

How does the T66 Q-trim compare to a T66 P-trim?

I may go SP depending on my budget.

YES!! We have tested both!

A Q trim has a larger turbine wheel, better matched to the 66 compressor wheel.

I think our SP66 @ $1500, is priced less than a T66 Q trim from turbonetics.

What kind of rwhp will hat sp66 put down? Full boost at what RPM?

*scratches head*

My T66 .70 p-trim spools a bit slower than the stock twins in TTC (judging by a 3000 rpm punch from a BPU car and mine). But then, I don't even have a front O2 sensor (no flange welded in), and its completely untuned. Soon a friend of mine will have a SP63 .70 with my same setup, so we will know then. Hopefully we will make a 3000rpm-punch video. I expect he will spool sooner.
