My car just stalled 3 times and i dont know why!!!

well, i was driving home from school and its only 1.2 miles of a trip..i was approaching a stop sign so i press the break and the cltuch..all of a sudden..all the lights started to come one(hazards,battery,trac,etc) then i see the rpm gauge at 0...then the same happened at the next stop sign..so i had to start the car again and go..and next time..at the red light..i was just pressing the break and pressed the clutch and i saw the rpm drop down to zero and bounce back up around 6-8rpms and down to 0 again..so the car stalled 3 times in a row in about 2 minutes..i just came back from driving the car again and it didnt happen...wuts wrong with my car?? some one help me~!

btw..all i have on my car right now is apexi bov and turbo timer..and some heavy ass 18 inch rims..

i need some help guys!

I believe you just stalled, nothing major. You pressed the break pedal too fast to stop your car at a low RPM. At such low RPM's and in gear, your car will stall.

When coming to a stop (at low speed), press the clutch first, shift to neutral, then break.

Try that.

i always press the clutch first and then break when it comes to complete stop..i know i didnt stall.. b/c it happend 3 times in a row..ne body else with a problem?

i just check this for him and found the problem the bov its an adjuable one was set to the biggest opening i set it to the smallest and allis well now !
