It belongs to Tony from AFR Cylinder Heads. His username on ls1tech is Tony Mamo @ AFR and its only a 383ci engine

Yeah, I've seen that dude's ride on CorvetteForum. I think his name on there is ZeeOhhSixx. The custom intake manifold is ridiculous! And I think that dude is still in college too!
