ratchet wrench or just a wrench and go slow... get someone with thinner arms if that helps... long wrenches if you need to go under the seat

Yep Took off the plastic and the bolts to try manually but now no move just make an start and stop maybe I damage the engine of the seat, also has to see another way to took of but I did it was a pain in the ass, now need help to fix these, thanks.
