Sorry to hear about your loss, but what makes you think the insurance company is responsible for paying for it? Why should they be liable for you essentialy giving your car away.

I'm not trying to be a prick, but we all know that insurance companies have "clauses" for everything. I wish you the best of luck in getting it back and if there is anything I can do please let me know.
