Hi all just wondering for a friend what you would go with or if anybody has any of these on their N/A's?? He called up Tein and they recommended the CS cuz they ride closer to stock then anything else and for him since he will be driving street 98% of the time that would be best but never heard of anybody using the CS gold looking ones. Any imput would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Look into JIC SF-1's.. I heard those improve handling quite a bit and are comfortable enough for the street.

dat coilova is for me actually ..danx U mike for sucha good help! yeah i m looki to buy a set of..coil ova from tein mostly..cuz they can be rebuild..so does JIC but i got told by tein..JIC most part r from japan mean take longest for turn ova service which tein only take with in 2 weeks.! so XXclouXX does ur HA come with Upper pillow?and u feel brouncy??? i mean i live in da east coast so..

Anyway, I've heard that Tein has parts made in Taiwan. They are more popular and I'm sure your right about the turnover time, but at the same time, I looked more into quality than service turnover time. Since my car isn't driven much at all (less than 1k miles per year), I guess it's not as much of a concern to me. I guess that's something for you to consider. Looks like you're looking into all your options - that's good. Whichever you choose, I'm sure you'll be happy. There aren't many people here who have the Tein CS, so you might find some difficulty in finding personal experience testimony here.

i put in xxcloudxx's ha's. he has HA's with stock upper mounts, no pillow mounts. i plan on getting a set of HA's with pillow mounts, like to have the adjustability.

I think it's within your budget. It costs more than the Tein HAs, but about the same as the Tein CS/FLEX.

I'm in northern NJ as well. There's actually quite a few Supra owners in the area, but a lot them appear to be in hiding. I live in Bergen County. Where are you?
