i just want to know if the manual TT has the same motor and tranny as the manual N/A.

obviously the setup is different. i'm just wondering if the N/A has the 2JZ motor.

Nope. The N/A has a 2JZ-GE (as opposed to GTE) and is fairly different. Also the tranny is 5 spd in the N/A (as opposed to 6) and is also much weaker.

is the N/A motor and tranny strong enough to be bottle fed? i know the TT is really strong and apparently the N/A is weaker but is the N/A still strong enough?

I cannot say whether or not you'll be satisfied with the N/A 5-speed, but I can say that there is a drastic difference between a Twin Turbo and the N/A.

From what I understand, engine internals are substantially different.

My advice would be to just hold out until you can get your hands on a Twin Turbo because it will be just as fast as an N/A with NOS, but more reliable in the long run.
