N20 questions.........please help

Alright, I am seriously considering buyint the NOS nitrous set for the supra turbo. I am only gonna be havin about a 75 shot ( 100 max ), and my friends sayin i'm gonna have to rebuild my engine. To the people who already have N20, do you regret anything about the kits and is it worth it? My car is currently bpu++. Thanx
