I currently am running an apexi n1 exhaust straight pipe. Sounds pretty good on idle and mean at WOT. I haven't had any probs with cops pulling me over for it being loud. You can also check on youtube to hear or see how it looks or sounds on a car. Goodluck with your choice.

Just for the love of god get a bypass valve is you are getting a "cold air intake"

^^^^Both good choices. At the end of the day, an intake has always just been a piece of pipe with a filter on the end of it for me.

Xerd headers->straight pipe-> resonator->any cheap eBay muffler. Sounds best IMO. No point in spending a shit load of $$$ on exhaust if your just gonna go na-t one day. Here's the setup that I have in action.

Ps... For the intake. Just get an air filter with the adapter plate for the maf. I noticed a loss in torque when I installed one of those aluminum intake pipes. It sounds a little louder on the intake, but honestly it's a waste of money and power. Just get the exhaust and air filter and keep the stock intake pipe. And then just save your $$$ and go turbo.

Blitz NUR Spec for sure...I used the stock intake with mines and it sounded great.
