can you get intercooler without turbo?? will you loose power or gain power?? and if you do get intcooler can you still add a turbo after ?

But in all seriousness, an intercooler while youre NA is pointless because the air you suck in under vacuum isnt compressed at all and is therefore not heated. The intercooler can only cool to ambient air temps which the air is already at. At that point, the intercooler will be no more than a restriction to the breathing of the system.
