Sup guys, I just dyno my NA-T..
I Did 1 hour of tuning.. min hp before turbo - 197hp..
retard timig..lost hp advance timing lost hp got min hp of 275
use stock timing..max 316.3hp and 310 tq. at 11- 12lb boost

That's about it.. just thought you want to know.
Stock 10:1 compression
F-max manifold,
t04E turbo
stock side mount IC with home made IC pipes
440 injectors
VPC with 550chip
S-AFC .. setting..
0-3000 = 0%
3500 =-5%
4000 = -19%
4500= -23%
5000=-23%
6000=-23%

What do you suggest to improve on? other then changing HG for lower compression.

do u have any other mods... no blow off valve or wastegate? no other electronics?

have hks ss blowoff valve
have tial 35mm waste gate with 12 lb spring..
yes, tt fuel pump.

no other electronics.. just vpc and Safr
well it's low numbers.. I was wondering what I can do to improve.. lower compression to 8:1 or would that not help me boosting at 12 lb anyways..?
its a small turbo, those numbers seem okay. at low boost, stock CR will actually be better for more power, its just when you go past 10-12 psi that you need that lower CR.

in comparison, i have the TE44 (dave h kit) and 11psi I made 315rwhp with a slipping tranny and lower CR.

Thanks Koua.. I was hoping to hit around 350..however, i knew I have low compression on #6 and #5.. so I guess it's ok for what I have. I think it's the valve seals that's going out.

It's cool if you can't make it to Grudge fest.. I hope to get some good numbers there.. Im shooting for mid/ hight 13.. maybe I'll get to 12 after I try boosting 17lb... on stock CR. maybe..
What was your a/f ratio on the dyno? Are you running stock timing? Did you have race gas in the car? 11-12psi is a lot of boost for stock compression and pump gas, if thats what you ran the ecu was probably seeing detonation and retarding the timing a lot.
good numbers man. You can't really do much after you tune it, just make sure your Air/Fuel is between 11.5 and 12. Just don't go more than 12psi on stock compression although 12psi is a little high. Were you able to monitor your timing at that boost?
One thing you can probably do is get rid of your cat, that will give you better numbers and will help the turbo spool faster.

As for timing I was on stock 10btc.. I try going down to 5 but the hp drop by 25, and I also try going up to 13 and it also drop by 19.. so I just keep stock timing.

How do you check to see if timing was being pulled?

I didn't hear any detonation, the tech guy there was surprise that I didn't have any..

My air fuel at wot was 11-13.
Yeah, I still have the stock cat on there..

your resricticting a lot of power with the stock cat on. with it off i'm pretty sure you'll hit the hp your aiming for. your air fuel looks okay, a lot of time people like using the techtom to read there timing.

Well, you want to check your timing at full boost. I use the Techtom to check it. On race gas at 24psi my timing was 15, not too bad, timing was being pulled a little so I dropped the boost to 23 and timing was 17 so that was better :)
Your timing at full boost should be no less of 15, even at 15 the computer is detecting a little timing but harmless.
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
