ok i knw im gona get hammered for this one but regardless i shelt continue with the stupid questions I have.
Firstly unlike most ppl here i don't have a supra or a sc300 etc etc I have a 1983 Isuzu Trooper which was formerly running a 1UZ-FE 2nd Gen THE WALD one and i've moved to a 2jzge VVTi lookin to go NA-T.
Now im not very horsepower hungry so somthin in the range of 250-300 will keep me satisfied for centuries 2ndly this is gona be my first Turbo so i knw teh royal shitness bout anythin on the topic .. so basically what im looking for is answer to a few questions
1st - Can I hook up a turbo manifold with the stock turbo of a 2jzgte or 1jzgte to my 2jzge VVTi? (since they are easily available in my area) also im leaning more towards the CT15B which comes stock with the 1jzgte VVTi Single Turbo.
2nd - How much boost can i run on the stock motor WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING n i do mean that quite literally. As far as i could research im guessin 7-8 psi for a daily runner.
3ed - What electronic changes will I require. Do i need to change the injectors and the map sensor etc and get the AFM or somthin or will the stock electronics do for the target im lookin for.
4th - feel free to add any thing important that i mite have left out
5th - A checklist of items will be vary helpful =/.
6th - plz be gentle :$
