Need Help Choosing a System

Hey guys. I don't know much about car audio so I need some help. I really don't need a loud system but I do want sound quality. What would you recommend?

I was thinking about a component system from Audiobahn. It's the ABC6003 which comes with a set of 6.5", 4", tweeters, and crossovers. Anyone know the reputation of Audiobahn?

I also saw their subwoofers for sale at thezeb.com but it said they were euro versions. Would I have to install them any differently?

People tell me I should choose amplifiers that match the speakers I get. What numbers do I look at to match?

Sorry for what may be dumb questions.

Thank
Chris

Audiobahn. is junk i think personally good for achepo set up but for quality you will need to spend money

1.rockford ,xtant ,ppi ,kicker amps are good
2.dimond ,mb are good speakers

to best hear this stuff go to a good audio shop and go to tehre sound room you will see the difference in sound and quality!

and no the amplifiers do not have match the speakers

what you want is an amp that has good rms as well as speakers with good rms that will sound crisp and clear and tight!

ask around or look arround you will see what i mean or call thomas he will be more than glad to help you out!
Thanks for the warning. MB's are a bit epensive for me. I basically just want something better than stock. The reason I wanted to upgrade was because I sat in my friend's Lexus LX470 and it sounded nice (stock stereo system). Something like that would be good enough.

I remember Thomas recommending Cerwin Vega for the budget minded but I can't find their 4" components online. I'll probably look into those.
Someone else recommended Xtant for ease of install for the tweets in the stock location but I can't find those online anywhere either.

I have heard and seen Audiobahn stuff. For the price you cant go wrong. Sound quality is pretty good, and build quality is there. It all depends on what you want I guess, if you want high end of course you should not go with Audiobahn. If you want relatively good stuff at good prices go with Audibahn. Another good one is MA Audio, awesome sounding stuff and pretty cheap.

Xtant and the other things are pretty high end, price wise. If you just want it to sound good. Try those out.
xtant you wont find online if you do dont expect warrenty ill see what i can find for you online ok !

Focal's all the way! Not a bad price. Just don't get the very bottom of the line ones. The best ones for the money are the polyglass series. Ask Mr. Kenyon about them. He sold me mine.:)
I like the MB quarts for Seperates....can't go wrong with them i think. Even the Cheap ones without the crossovers are nice : ) Get them used on EBay if you can't get them new or buy my old ones...I have some 6.5inch with 1inch tweets...I decided to go with some higher end ones with the crossovers. Make me an offer if you are intrested. QM2116CX.
