Put it on a lift or jack it up so we can see all ^^^ said and don't drive it. Real possibility of brakes.

With how saturated everything is I'd say brake fluid, I don't think hydraulic fluid is that thin to spread like that and if it were gas, you would've smelled it immediately. Also, I wouldn't drive on those tires either, they look 20 years old and cracking pretty badly.

Kris got in before me....those tyres need to be thrown away...they have more crack than a back alley in a dodgy part of town.

As others have already said, most likely brake fluid, so DO NOT DRIVE IT AT ALL until you have worked out whats leaking, and fixed the problem.
