I had the same problem with the elbow coming out of the fender years ago. Don't bother trying to fix it; it will break again with boost. Once it's broke, it's probably done. I'd find an OEM replacement somewhere, ebay maybe or Facebook groups, or fabricate your own elbow from pvc or you might be able to find an elbow online. I can't remember what the outside diameter is for the inlet/outlet is, but measure that and seach the Googles to see if you can find something you can use.

Ideally replacing those 30 year old, brittle plastic bits with aluminum would be the path I'd recommend. It's a bit of an investment, but you won't have to worry about pipes cracking on you. =)
Yeah I patched it with some epoxy and zipties, held boost up to 6lbs and split again. Not going to mess with trying to repair it. I already bought another OEM one but are there any aluminum kits or anything you'd recommend for the future?
