Im having a Electrical problem in my 93 turbo
My battery wont charge( reading 10.8volt) and i just replace my alternator with a new one and its reading from the alternator is 10.8volt at idle and high rev is 11.8 volt.
I had a shorted my wiring last month cuz of my electric fan conected to my ignition wire of the turbo timer. I dont really know why did it shorted maybe cuz of high current from the electric wire or poor connection on my part.

I had check all the fuse and track down all my recent wiring and can not find any lose ground or shorted wire. Plz help!. I need a wiring diagram.

thnx

There should be a ALT fuse in the fuse box in the engine compartment.....100-120 AMPs.

When those wires shorts out, that 100 AMP fuse will blow and prevent your batterey from charging.

I don't klnow about MKiV's, but most cars I have seen have this big fuse and in toyotas, usually held by a # 10 bolt....at in my mk3 it is.
