I'd also like to mention that the supra has 78,900 miles on it, and would it be safe to turbocharge it?

Hey everyone
I have a 91 Supra (NA) that I would like to convert to Turbo. Now i know its a hard thing to do, but can i do that for around 5,000$? And if anyone has done it before please tell me some stuff so i can learn about it, i really need some help...
