I have a Automatic 89 Toyota Supra turbo. I need to know exactly what i need for swap. Also the best way to get the 7M out without a engine lift. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks

what you need first is to search. and there is no way just get a lift new from kragen for 100 (70$ when i got it on sale)
