I am seriously concidering getting an MKIV very shorly, as I have found some good deals. I just need to know some things like.

How long does an engine usually last ?(turbo of course )

What tends to break/ needs to be replaced when you break 100K?

What should I expect to replace on a 94 w/ 60K miles?

Any other info would be greatly appreciated (sp).

Okay, my info might not be correct... but based on my knowledge, at 60k, you want to change the Timming belt (~$200 @ toyota), break pads, and do the 60K service. How long the turbo last really depends on how hard the previous owner drives the car. I have heard many supra with stock twins running 150k miles.

thanks. what all is involved in the 60K service? The one I am looking at is a 94 bpu+.

Flush the transmition for an auto....

You should change the oil, and flush the radiato also. just the basic brake tests..you may need brakes you may not..get the whole car checked over before you buy it.
