I recently had a set of Kumho 712's put on the front. I've had nothing but problems with em. America's Tire Company is gonna switch em out for me. Which would you recommend. I've had severe tire pull and odd steering respnses with the Kumho's. Want something that hold well, doesnt cost $300 a tire, and doesnt track every ripple in the shitty California roads.

Under $300 a tire? How about Some Bridgestone PP S-O3's? They are some of the best street tires you will find, PERIOD.

since youre on 18's im assuming you mean 245/40's

potenza s03's are $202 each

gs-d3's are 204 each

you know...on a 9 inch rim you could get away with a 265/35R18...they are made for a 9.5, but they will fit on a 9.

in case youre interested, the S03 is $239, and the GS-D3 is 232.

hope this helps

Mark
