Any places you recommend? Or if you can do it PM me your price. Also I want to get some cam's installed. Would like to do it all at once. One place told me $850 for just VSS, if thats the going rate I will just do it myself.

850 without swapping ur head isnt too bad. That's replacing it with ur head on the car.
I would pull the head off and do the whole valve-train plus port and polish if u wanna do it.. ."While u got it out, u might as well"

I charge around $850-$950 for replacing the VSS w/ Timing belt, waterpump, spark plugs and valve cover gaskets replaced AND check valve clearance/adjustments. which is cheap compared to a dealer. normally dealership or other shops charges $1,600 or more.
