New built motor and bigger injectors installed, car starts but very rough idle?

For a while I was having a problem getting the car to start, it ended up being the 120 amp fuse which I replaced. Now the car starts but the idle is so rough it will just die if I let off the throttle? Now the only thing I changed besides adding CP pistons/Carrillo H beam rods was bigger injectors. Could going from 850cc to 1000cc injectors cause this? I would think that the car would just run really rich and be able to idle fine but maybe I am wrong? What do you guys think it could be?

Also my radio will not turn on? Everything worked perfectly before the motor swap so I dont understand what would cause the radio to also not work?

Thanks

i'm not sure.. i have 850 cc injectors, and from time to time it will be idling at a stop light and have a rough idle for a few seconds and either it smooths itself out or it dies...
It needs to be retuned. Thats a pretty big diffrence in injectors.

I'd agree.
You have to tune down the injectors, an extra 150CC is a pretty big difference for the ECU to try to correct.
If you ran that for a while I would change the oil, also.
I would just swap the injectors back to the 850's but I sold them a while ago since the car has been sitting for months. I have AEM, I was told all I would have to do is change the injector setting on the AEM to 1000cc. Sounds easy but I have never done anything with the AEM. Always had my tuner do everything since I didnt want to mess anything up. So is it pretty easy to change the injector settings? I was thinking there was more to it then just changing that one setting.

I didnt drive the car at all since I was worried something was wrong. So I think the longest I let it run was for 3-5 minutes. I am going to try to see if my tuner can come out to where the car is since I dont want to drive the car.
email me your map. I have done this very thing as I went from 780 to 1000cc injectors and had no issues REALLY. I need to know what brand of 1000cc injectors you have to get it right also.

The injector change in the software should get the car drvieable and idling well if this is the only issue however I would not boost the car at unless you have a good and accurate wideband as the fueling under boost may be off a bit. I only needed to make slight adjustments when changing to the larger injectors with my car.

do you still have idle motor, hks dli, and retune aem for big boy injectors and you should be on your way.

Thats good. Its extremly bad to have too much fuel especially when you build a new motor. You can wash-out the oil with fuel and the rings wont seat correctly.
I had the same problem in my car going to 1000cc injectors, the car has AEM EMS on it but it still wants to die so all I did was adjust the throttle cable to the car would always have the throttle @ about 5-10%, the car idles at 900-1100 rpms, that was just my easy fix.
