Okay, I had the seals changed on my transmission a few days ago. Works alot better I must say, but now I have noticed that the oil pressure has been reading higher than it used to. Would the operation of the tranny have anything to do with this? It is not reading anything too weird, it tends to stay right under 40psi during highway driving between 2500 to 3000rpms.

I think 40 PSI is normal for highway driving. That's what mine stays at as well. :sadance:

Thanks, I just don't know why it would have changed all of a sudden. It usually ran a few notches lower. Should I check for anything? Car seems to be running just as well.

Did ya put in a new rear main oil seal. If ya didnt ya should have while in there.

Yes sir I did, along with tranny mounts.
