Every 2 oil changes!
My Supra is BPU and I run those plugs. Usually about 5000 miles or so for me. I am no expert though.
Use the stock plugs, they last a hell of a lot longer produce just as much power and idle smoother, etc.

What i've heard is that you sacrafice smoother Idle for a little more power with the NGK 3330's

The stock plugs will not make the power the 3330s will at BPU levels - I've tried it and there is a big difference.

Run a search on NGK 3330 and 6097's... there are several in-depth discussion about why the 6097's are better than the 3330's in MOST BPU applications...

6097's eliminate the rough idle of the 3330's, without sacrificing the power gains. I've tried both, I've had friends try them both. Consensus? Try them yourself, and you'll see what you'll like better :)

What is the current consensus on using the 6097's for medium-large Single turbo applications? Will they handle that much power?
