I am new here so I'm sorry if this has been answered but I couldn't find it if it has, let me start off by saying I have a 1989 non turbo supra.......I have no dash lights or running lights.....it's not my dimmer, nor the fuses that I can tell......if anyone can help that would be great.

I saw a white flash under the dash.........it's making me think it was a relay but I'm unsure which one to check.......
