I really need help on this, I changed the FMS 1 day ago, and after I put everything togheter again it wont start. So i checked if there where any sparks, but no.

So what can be wrong? Double checked almost everything twice, but there is something that I am missing...

Checked the fuse under the hood and at the driver seat
Checked that timing is right
Checked that the trigger wheel is right on

If you did the FMS did you unplug the crank sensor? Its on the pass side of the block, behind the crank pulley... and it gas a long wire that plugs by the alternator... I have seen guys leave it unplugged and I have seen one guy crush the wire with the alt... if its not working thats your issue...

Yea, if you did unplug the cam sensor I'd check that for sure.

I think this is the most likely cause if your not getting fire you sure you didn't cut a wire or anyting

Definitely sounds like a bad crank sensor. Have you checked the ECU for codes?

I still think it's a timing issue, maybe it jumped a tooth or the belt tensioner wasn't properly installed?

Are you sure everything's lined up? Does the mark on the crank gear line up with the one on the oil pump? Cam gears line up with the rabbit ears on the timing plate? Those can be tricky sometimes since you have to look at them dead on to be sure.

Even if timing is off by a tooth or two it will still put out spark, OP says he has no spark. sounds like crank position sensor

OP also says he never unplugged it and even tested the sensor and it's within spec. The car's not starting since he did the fms so its gotta be something to do with the timing IMO.

Also thought it was something timing related. But when my ati damper was at TDC, cylinder 1 also was at TDC, confirmed it with a screwdriver down the sparkplughole.
But wouldn it put out a spark anyway even how bad the timing is off?

Did you remove/move your alternator? If you did, check and make sure that you did not crush your crank sensor wiring when you put everything back together. The crank sensor wiring goes directly behind the alternator between the casing and the block and if you're not paying attention can get pinched. I've done it before.

Also, not being TDC will not cause you to loose spark. You can be 10 teeth off and still get spark. Although you probably have much larger things to worry about if you're that far off.

He says that he didn't unplug the crank position sensor ,but he also says that he checked resistance,Now how can you leave it plugged in and yet check the resistance if it's within spec?

It will still put out spark even if timing is way off. I'm with Rouge and Adr3naline,it's something to do with crank sensor, that harness is in very tight spot

No, I dont really know how to explain in english, but the the "click" on the connector was gone, so I think some how when I removed the coilpacks I maybe accedently hit the cam connector or something. Dont really know just a thought.
