Howdy all

recently i have just pulled the EFI fuse out to reset some error codes, and after i put it back it i went for a drive and the speedo stop working, problem 1, anyone got a part number or a price of the first piece of the speedo cable (I'm led to believe is a 3 piece item and the first elbow outa the g/box will be the part that needs replacing.)

and now iv noticed that the O/D (overdrive) light keeps flashing like every 2 seconds, what is the go with that?

(its a auto ma70 turbo, 89`)

did you replace your ECU with one from a manual car?

if not, that's probably your problem. ecu can't find the transmission sensors.

I dunno about you MA71_kid, just offering what advice I can.
did the speedo stop working WHILE you were driving or did it
not work at all after you put the fuse back in?

The o/d light is trying to tell you something like when your check engine light turns on. If you check the TSRM it will show you how to read it. Since you said your speedo stopped working it's probably the speed sensor #1.
