Ive noticed that my car is running rich at idle (10:1), it appears that the vehicle is not entering closed loop. I have a 94 turbo mkiv with a 97 obd2 ecu swapped. I have check and rechecked the obd1-obd2 diy how to article several times.

I scanned the ecu. Getting bank 1 sensor 1 slow response, and b1s1 circuit malfunction, wich I am assuming is one of the problems.

I installed a new oem o2 sensor and still has the same codes.

What do I do now. Im lost. How would I check the sensor. Or if the ecu is bad. Or what?
