here is a link for o2 sensor cross reference chart. Use ONLY the NTK or Denso sensor replacement only! Other sensors are junk and too slow/not very active.

http://home.att.net/~ngksparkplugs/wsb/NTK_OEM_Cross_Reference.pdf

pin1: heater ground
pin2: heater power
pin3: o2 sensor signal wire
pin4: o2 sensor ecm ground

wires used by the NTK universal sensor use two white wirres for ground (doesn't matter which one), a grey wire for o2 sensor ecm ground and black wire for o2 sensor signal

This should get you where you need to go.

one more thing, which pin is is what colour wire on the harness? you see i dont have the original o2 sensor, ive done an n/a to a TT swap and the o2 sensor didnt come with the engine harness that i have. so im going to have to cut the plug off and hard wire this o2 sensor to the harness.
on that cross reference there is nothing about supra's lol.

NA 02 sensors use only one wire for the 49 state cars. The california emissions cars use a 4 wire heated o2 sensor. If you have done a NA to TT swap use the TT engine wiring harness only. Other wise you will need to be a wiring genius (hint) to figure this one out.

Joe - do you know any problems with Bosch sensors?
They make a direct replacement.
