Ok i have a 98 obd2 ecu running a S4S o2 fooler. Everything seams to be working just fine but when i hook up my OBD2 scan tool i see that i have a I/M monitor that is staying INC. So im wondering if anyone els has noticed this with there car.

as you can see the O2 Mon is INC and i have over 100 miles on the ecu since last cleared
Im really looking for some one to check there car so i know this is normal or i have a problem i need to investigate.
