i have an 88 na that needs all sorts of care, if you go to this thread you will get a short background story with it...

anyway....

ok this is whats going on.....

1. Fuel guage: all ways reading full
2. RPM guage: working
3. MPH guage: not working
4. Volt guage: working
5. Temp gauge: always reading cold
6. lbs/in^2 guage: always reading zero
7. Guage lights: not working

where do i begin with such guage issues like so?
has anyone else ever seen such an issue like this?
is this an oversized issue or minor?

ok.

For your gauges not lighting up. Check your Rheostat. if that's burned out they wont work. for the MPH gauge, the speedocable is most likely broken. your temp gauge is most likely broken or not connect under the hood.

where is the rheostat and my speedocable located?

and where could i look to try to see if the temp cable is not connected?

sorry, dont know where alot of sensors/cables/electrical stuff is located under the hood.
