Ladies and Gents......
I am beyond excited to announce the official dates for INDY2K11!

This is our 5th Annual Indianapolis Supra Meet (Indy2k11)

Friday 5-20 | "Meet & Greet"
Not a required day to arrive, but for anyone driving in from out of town,
Gives you a chance to meet up with everyone, get situated and possibly go out for dinner.

Saturday 5-21 | "Dyno Day"
Cozzolino Motorsports is hosting our Dyno Day
Gathering @ 5:00PM
Spinning Rollers @ 6:00PM

4444 Decatur Blvd # 600
Indianapolis, IN 46241
(317) 821-3306
$65 for 3 pulls with graphs/readings.

Please, if you would, let me know if you plan to dyno.
Because we had an unfortunate turnout last year with rain (but still fun!),
I'm making this an open-invite to other cars to insure we aren't wasting Pete and the staffs time by scheduling a dyno day.

After the Dyno, we will go out for dinner and cruise the southside of Indianapolis (weather dependent).

Sunday 5-22 | "Winged Warrior Shootout & VIP Supra"
Will be filling in details here as far as times...
But we will be meeting up at the same place as previous years to travel to
Lucas Oil Raceway Park (Formerly known as O'Reilly and Indianapolis RP)
This event is huuuuge and brings all forms of racing into one raceway park.
Bring your kids, your dogs, your friends. This is an awesome street car shootout!

As usual, if you've got questions about anything or have any exciting updates, ideas
or comments that pertain to the meet or your cars progress... POST IT HERE!!

I look forward to hearing from everyone!
Mind you, meet attendance is 90% based off word of mouth...
So please, I beg of you, do your part in the Supra community and help me spread the word,
Direct people to this thread, have them call me, WHATEVER! I'm here for everyone.

Jot down my number as well in case you need anything........ (317) 395-8362.

Thanks guys,

Jeff L.

DSM - Fair enough. Sorry. I'm just easily irritated by useless or uninformative posts sometimes.

Steve - I've got guys coming from all over the Midwest; Four hours for a meet that happens once a year? Worth it!
Besides, you came to the meet in what, '06? Would love to have you back! ;-)

Its ok Jeff, my LOL was made because of my attempt last year to have a couple guys from chicago bring their cars down for the show and then have them all back out at the last second. This year I would like for it to be a different story.

Yes, but when you have a 2 year old, it makes it tough to be away for a car meet. I only make it to 1 meet a year and that is the TX2K meet. I will try to make it up, but it isn't looking good.

LOL, I remember this. And it's cool. It'd be great to have them!
There are going to be a handful of big dog power cars this year so... should be fun! ;)

Fair enough. I'm still really tore up with Nelson passing away...
Honestly - after that happened. Midwest Supra activity has only went south.
*sigh* I guess it's just frustrating, being someone that has taken so much time from my busy life to try to create involvement and activity within the Supra community
only to have below-par turnouts. It's definitely discouraging, but I'm pretty passionate about it so... No giving up here...

Yea, like I said, if it was closer, I would definitely be there, or if I was younger and didn't have a family. I hope lots of folks show up.

Steve... Understandable. And no reason to talk like an old man... 37 aint that old! ;)

David... I'm glad to have you there and excited to see what kind of power your setup will make! Thanks for getting in touch with me.

Adrenaline - Better believe I have no problems with some MR2's showing up. You're welcomed to post it on mr2oc if you wish. ;)
I'm on there... but haven't been active in probably a good year or so.

As for price... Depending on the final number, the price could go down. This was just a worry-free price if 2 cars were to show up. (Won't happen, LOL)

How about a pre-meet meet? I'll be in Muncie from the 16th through the 18th in a big ass Penske box truck. What do ya'll think? Mini dinner meet? I did this last week in St. Cloud, MN with a few Supra owners and had a blast.

GUYS,

Even with one day left of the meet...
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out this weekend.

I'll say, it really refreshed my faith in the Supra community and I was very happy with
these last two days. Pure satisfactory.

Friday night was INSANE. AWESOME time out on the southside rolling hard and snappin' necks. ;-)

Saturday... BBQ, Fly-by's n Cops and a blast at Cozzolino Dynoing and then
finishing off the night with a good dinner with the gang really hit the spot on a great 2 days.

Tomorrow? Or, as I type this at 1:30AM, in 6 hours... we'll be meeting up at:

KROGER PARKING LOT (Right off of I-465)
4202 South East Street
Indianapolis, IN 46227-1416
(317) 781-4258 ‎

IMPORTANT REMINDER REGARDING WEATHER!!!!!!
If it happens to be raining on this morning.... No worries. You won't melt.
We're still GAME ON.
If you sense any trace of LIGHTNING or THUNDER? GAME OVER. NO MEET.

Comprende? Again, call me if you have questions tomorrow.
Otherwise.... we're out and rolling BY 8:00AM in route to Lucas Oil Raceway Park.

AWESOME to meet some of you guys. Had a blast kickin' the shits and enjoying the respectably nice weather! :)
