ok i checked my spark plugs today adn when i took the plugs out i notice a little bit of oil in spark plug #s 1 & 2 and then i checked # 6 adn found a lot of oil in it. the motor was cold it was sitting for 2 hours before i checked the plugs. is there supposed to be oil in the plugs? if not what could be causing this?

check your valve covers, they may need replacing.... that would be the "best" situation.

also may want to replace the old screw type fasteners for some allen key types...

Well, are you talking about oil on the inside (combustion chamber side) or the wire side?

If it's the inside.. it's from leaking valve stem seals.
