im doing a single swap right now and im having a hard time finding all the fittings. Is there a writeup on this or does anyone know all the fittings sizes?

-block plug size
-block oil fitting size
-turbo oil fitting size
-turbo oil return fitting size
-size of oil line and return line


any help would be great!

watch out on the -4 feed as you might want to get a reducer/restrictor/filter. -3 and -4 are what everyone (including myself run as a feed with a -10 return and youll be fine.
