My oil pressure was fine around 20 psi then all of a sudden I look down (pretty much every 30 seconds) at the stock oil gauge and it’s pegged to the top I turn the car off and the needle doesn’t move at all just stays pegged. So what I’m thinking is it’s grounded out somewhere or something. I been driving my car around and it drives fine. Where the hell could it be grounded or messing up at? Where should I check 1st? How do I check it? Thanks!

Unplug the wire from the sender to see if the gauge still reads high. Is so the wire to the sender which is the - to the gauge might be grounded or the gauge is bad. If the gauge reads 0 with the wire disconnected from the sender, get a new pressure sender like QWIKSTRIKE said.
