This is my first post ..don’t shred me. But I have a 2jz gte vvti with aem infinity 506 with a 5” bti touchscreen gauge.. before I turn motor on I engage key half way fuel pressure is shown but oil pressure reads 12psi when motors not on.. turn key all the way oil pressure stays at 12 even when I start it as well as driving it to 5k rpm.. I don’t have idle control due to after market intake but she sounds healthy feels great I just don’t feel safe not knowing what oil pressure is reading ..can anyone give me advice?

Here’s the adapter I’m using, because it allows both stock and aftermarket sensors. If you get rid of the stock 2JZ oil psi switch, you would just need a 1/8bspt male x 1/8 npt female like this. Then just re-terminate your custom harness’ oil sensor lead for whatever aftermarket sensor you choose. Aftermarket sensor will need three wires, +5V, Gnd, and the sensor data.

That sensor would work, but you will need an adapter for the block. The block is 1/8 bspt, which is pretty close to 1/8 npt, but they are not the same. That looks like an AN4 adapter in that pic you posted, so you’d need that second adapter I linked in post#12. You’ll also need to run two additional wires to the sensor…a +5V and a sensor ground from your Infinity. You may can pick them up at your MAP sensor or Fuel Pressure sensor, if you have these on your Infinity.
