Hey guys. Ever since I installed my turbo kit ive had a small leak at the oil return line from the turbo. It is leaking at the fitting that connects the braided line to the flange that bolts to the turbo. The problem is if I tighten the fitting completely the flange that bolts to the turbo does not line up correctly. How did you guys get the flange to line up correctly while having the fitting tightened completely.

Did it come with a gasket?
You could use some high temp red rtv silicone to help the seal the gasket.

sorry i wasnt too clear. Its not leaking from the flange to the turbo. The flange is screwed onto a fitting that connects it to the steel braided line. It is leaking from the fitting that connects the flange to the braided line.

Do what blackbird said and get some high temp ATV gasketmaker or some thread sealing tape. Just apply generously to the threads before you screw them inot the flange.
